E Learning Studio Manager

The role of the E-Learning Studio Manager is to support a new interactive e-learning platform where primary school level lessons are broadcast from studios via 3G to multiple remote classrooms. The E-Learning Studio Manager will work directly with the Studio Teacher and the IT team to ensure the lessons are delivered well and in line with MEDG’s e-learning infrastructure and MEDG’s e-learning approach.

Key Job Responsibilities and Objectives
• Ensure the studios are ready for daily lesson delivery
• Troubleshoot remote classrooms throughout each lesson as needed
• Test the digital curriculum content before distribution and use
• Coordinat the digital curriculum content during the studio lesson
• Record, edit and distribute video of studio lessons

Professional Skills
• Degree in ICT or comparable certificate(s)
• Some teaching experience desirable
• Knowledge of the use of ICT in schools to aid teaching and learning

• Excellent personal verbal and non-verbal communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work in a mixed (technical and educational) environment
• Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to structure diverse tasks into a logical workflow

Language Skills
• Fluency in Myanmar
• Competency in English (desirable)
